Dear Fellow Hillside Campers:

Here is the “2010 Quilt Project” info you have been waiting for.

I will use your supplied fabric as the background and appliqué two blocks one with a rabbit and the other a pine tree.  The appliqués will be silver upon the background you supply this will allow me to use larger prints.  If you are interested in participating, please send to me by March 1, 2010 a strip of fabric 12" X 44” or a 1/3 yd off a bolt of fabric (I will make one block each a rabbit and a tree from each strip and use one on the first quilt and the other on the second and any remaining fabric will be used for borders and fillers as needed.

There will be two quilts made: one with the logo in the centre and one without.  Perms registered in the directory will be given first placement on a first come first placed. Then donations from weekenders and day campers will come next.

The finished size will depend on the number of donated pieces of fabric I receive by March 1, 2010. The quilts must get to the quilter by mid April in order to have it back by Memorial Day and ready for signing.  So get your swatches to me ASAP and happy hunting!
